Service Description
This combined non-ablative fractional resurfacing offers a much gentler procedure with significantly reduced recovery time over conventional ablative fractional laser resurfacing. SECRET DUO with erbium glass laser utilises non-ablative laser beams that are delivered to the skin as multiple columns. The advantage of this is reduced downtime, due to the skins surface and surrounding tissue being unaffected, therefore allowing faster tissue regeneration. SECRET DUO is the only device that offers dual, non-ablative technology working in complete synergy. Micro-needle RF technology provides deep coagulation, protein denaturation and volumetric heating to achieve optimal skin remodelling with minimal downtime and rapid recovery.
